Broad bean chili paste (Chinese call Pixian dou ban jiang or Hong you Pixian dou ban jiang)
Salt / Sugar / Light soy sauce / Chinese cooking wine / Ginger / Garlic /
Spring onion / Corn starch or potato starch
2-Braise tofu with broad-bean paste

50g Minced pork
